Membership

The field of membership of the Hudson River Teachers Federal Credit Union includes the following groups as well as relatives by blood or marriage of eligible members :

• Employees, students and members of the boards of education of school districts located in the City of Peekskill, New York, the Towns of Cortlandt, Greenburgh (except White Plains, New York), Mount Pleasant, North Salem, Ossining, Putnam Valley or Yorktown, New York, or the Villages of Armonk or Chappaqua, New York;
• Persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the New York State Education System who reside in any of the above work locations;
• Employees of Catholic Foreign Mission Society of America, Inc. who work in Maryknoll, New York;
• Employees of The Home School who work in White Plains, New York;
• Employees of R & R Medical Typing Service, Inc., DMB Graphics, Ltd., Bell Technical Services, Inc., Bell Office Equipment, Inc., Bell Stationery Supply Company or Pronto Printers who work in Peekskill, New York;
• Employees and students of the Hackley School who work in Tarrytown, New York;
• Employees of the Green Chimneys who work in or are paid from Brewster, New York;
• Employees and students of the Alcott Montessori School.
• Employees and appointed and elected officials of the Village of Buchanan, New York;
• Employees of the Gypsum Division of Georgia Pacific Corporation who work in Buchanan, New York;
• Employees of the New York School for the Deaf who work in White Plains, New York;
• Members of Local 2343, AFSCME Council #66, AFL-CIO, in Cortlandt, New York;
• Employees and students of The Graham School who work in Hastings-on-Hudson, New York;
• Employees, students and members of the board of the Garrison Union Free School District who work in Garrison, New York;
• Employees of the Montrose Improvement District who work in Montrose, New York;
• Employees and students of the Kakiat Junior High School, East Ramapo Central School District who work in Spring Valley, New York;
• Registered students attending the above schools;
• Employees of the Greenburgh Eleven Union Free School District who work in Dobbs Ferry, New York;

• Employees of Reliable Window Cleaning Company, a division of Peak Janitor Services, Inc., who work in or are paid from Peekskill, New York;
• Employees of the City of Peekskill, New York, except employees of the Police Department of the City of Peekskill;
• Members of Local 456 of the Teamsters Union who work at the Charles Point Facility of Westchester Resco in Peekskill, New York;
• Employees of the Town of Cortlandt, New York; employees of Empress Ambulance Service who work in Yonkers, New York;
• Employees of Robert J. Oro, D.M.D., P.C. who work in Peekskill, New York;
• Active, Life Active, and Life members of the Mohegan Volunteer Fire Association in Mohegan Lake, New York;
• Employees of The River School who work in Nyack, New York;
• Employees of Kohl’s Department Stores, Inc. who work in Cortlandt Manor, New York;
• Members of Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 21 in Yonkers, New York who qualify for membership in accordance with its charter and bylaws in effect on August 29, 2003;
• Members of The Garden Club of Peekskill, Inc. in Cortlandt Manor, New York who qualify for membership in accordance with its charter and bylaws in effect on June 3, 2003;
• Members of the Yorktown Volunteer Ambulance Corps in Yorktown, New York
• Members of the Somers Faculty Association in Somers, NY
