Membership Application
If you would like to join the credit union please complete the attached New Account Form. You will need to remit $6.00 with the form (which is a minimum deposit of $5.00 and a $1.00 new membership fee.) Also required is a copy of a picture ID in the form of a Valid Drivers License, Government ID or Passport. If you are opening the account via the Mail, a second form of ID is required, (such as a copy of a social security card, a pay stub, or employment card with a photo.) Credit Union Partners
